10. Darkrai

DarkraiAside from the appealing name, this Pokémon does not evolve into any other Pokémon or form. It’s said that it chases people and Pokémon from its territory and cause them to experience deep slumbers, full of nightmares. Darkrai’s just a nasty personality for a Pokémon. It’s a Dark-type with Bad Dreams as an ability. Based on Darkrai’s stats, it’s not too shabby in battles, as it has Special Attack of 135 and 125 Speed.

However, these stats don’t qualify it to be the sole survivor or a trump card. Because of its low defense and HP, it can be quite troublesome; weaknesses against Fighting, Bug, and Fairy types.

9. Swellow

SwellowThis Pokémon is known to evolve from Taillow starting at level 22. Swellow, from it’s fantastic appearance, flies high above our head. like a crow, Swellow dives sharply as soon as it spots its next prey. Swellow catches the prey by its clawed feet, preventing it from escaping. It has Guts ability and a hidden one, Scrappy. It’s a mix of normal and flying type. Its speed goes up to 125, while its other stats circle around 50’s and 60’s.

Special defense and special attack of this particular Pokémon make a troublesome obstacle to the player. And, its weaknesses are numeral, too—Electric, Ice, and Rock

8. Shaymin

Land FormeThis cute looking Pokémon does not evolve into or form another Pokémon. However, it has a second Forme. It can be activated using Gracidae Flower in the day time—that called Sky Forme Shaymin. It’s original Forme is Lande Forme is a Grass-type, and it turns to Grass, Flying-type when its second Forme is on. Shaymin cannot hold the second Forme for long, as it instanty turns to Lande Forme during night.

It has Natural Care ability—All status problems, conditions will be healed when it switches out. Shaymin is a great Pokémon, considering that it has equal Base Stats, but 127 concerning Speed.

Yet, no matter how perfect it seems, it still has plenty of weaknesses against other types. Bug, Fire, Flying, Ice, and Poison are better avoided when using this Pokémon

7. Crobat

CrobatThis little fella evolves from Golbat when it gets a high enough friendship. It’s the final form of Zubat. Crobat is known to have an ability to fly with fluttering just one wing, and going a long distance with just that, too.

It switches to the other wing if it is tired. It’s a poison, flying-type Pokémon, having Inner Focus and Infiltrator as abilities. While it’s other stats are not too bad, it’s main role is speed, going with 130.

Crobat, despite being fast, has too many weaknesses. Crobat is weak against Electric, Ice, Psychic and Rock types

6. Mewtwo

MewtwoThis Pokémon is a genetic manipulation, a scientific experiment that has quite a menacing look and a cold heart. Its sole purpose is to cause havoc and fight, so it’s best used as in an attack stance. Mewtwo does not evolve into anything or any form, but it can Mega Evovle. However, it evolves to Mega Mewtwo X using Mewtwonite X and Mega Mewtwo Y using Mewtwonite Y. It’s a psychic-type, with speed of 130. It’s not completely useless in other areas, but its ace is in special attack.

Mewtwo has three weaknesses, that being Bug, Dark, and Ghost Pokémon types

AerodactylThis Pokémon is not known to evolve into any other Pokémon or any other form. However, it can Mega Evovle into Mega Aerodactyl using the Aerodactylite. It’s a Pokémon from the age of dinosaurs from its appearance. Aerodactyl was regenerated from genetic material extracted from Old Amber. It’s a vicious Pokémon that has flown in ancient skies with high-pitched cries. It has three abilities, Pressure, Rock Head, and Unnerve—a hidden ability.  It’s a rock, flying type Pokémon. It has an attack of 105, and a speed of 130, which render it quite useful.

However, this ancient Pokémon has five weaknesses, that being Electric, Ice, Rock, Steel, and Water. Hp and Defense are rather low, too.

4. Jolteon

JolteonJolteon is one of the many final forms of Eevee. Looking at its form and name, we can deduce it’s an Electric-type. Jolteon’s cells create a low level of electricity, yet it grows tenfold by the static electricity in its fur. With that, Jolteon can drop thunderbolts to the party. It’s spiky fur is made of electrically charged needles. Jolteon gives the player two advantages, one being special attack with 110, and speed of 130.

ElectrodeElectrode can be obtained once it evolves from Voltorb starting at level 30. Strangely, this Pokémon is quite similar to a poke ball. Electrode feeds on electricity in the atmosphere, which make Electrode an Electricity type. This Pokémon can be seen exploding all over the place if it eats too much electricity. Though Electrode takes third place, it’s fairly better than Ninjask when it comes to other stats. But, its speed is still lower—it has 140. It has three abilities—Soundproof, Static, and a hidden one called Aftermath.

With such high speed, you’d think it’s not too bad, but it still has lower stats in other areas. It has one weakness, which is Ground-type Pokémon.

2. Ninjask

NinjaskThe name is a giveaway. Ninjask is known to move with such a high speed that it can’t be seen, even though its crying can be clearly heard. It is an evolved Nincada, and it’s other form is Shedinja, which is quite different concerning type. Ninjask is a Bug, Flying-type, with two abilities called Speed Boost and a hidden one Infiltrator. Its high speed goes up to 160.

Despite being as fancy as a ninja, this Pokémon is not quite suitable for combat by itself. While its attack is not too shabby, defense and HP are way lower than anyone would like. In addition, it has many weaknesses against other types. Ninjask is not a trump card if its met by Rock, Electric, Fire, Flying, and Ice types

Deoxys is a Psychic type. When it has its speed form on, it goes up to 180.

However, when it’s in Speed form, other stats are way too low to be combat ready at all time. It’s best used with a good strategy, though. Deoxys has weaknesses against three types—Bug, Dark, and Ghost.
